冬天房屋的保温效果、夏天房屋的隔热效果,都是判断建筑是否节能的重要依据。为了节能环保,各大城市开始有计划的对既有建筑进行节能改造,通过增加保温层等方式,使之达到“冬暖夏凉”的效果。本文就房屋建筑材料对建筑节能影响的重要性,并对发展建筑节能技术、建筑墙体改革、外墙保温技术、节能玻璃、建筑节能材料进行了分析和阐述。

The insulation effect of the winter house and the heat insulation effect of the summer house are all important basis for judging whether the building is energy-efficient. In order to save energy and protect the environment, major cities have begun to plan for the energy-saving transformation of existing buildings, through the addition of thermal insulation, etc., so that it can achieve the “cool winter and cool summer” effect. This article analyzes the importance of building construction materials for building energy conservation, and analyzes and explains the development of building energy-saving technologies, building wall reform, external wall insulation technology, energy-saving glass, and building energy-saving materials.
