用氢氧化钠溶液焙烧分解稀土矿物,研究了加料方式对稀土分解率、铈的氧化率和氟、磷溶出率的影响。结果表明:氢氧化钠热溶液混料的加料方式有利于稀土矿物的分解和铈的氧化,稀土矿物分解率可以达到98%,铈的氧化率可以达到92%。同时,使90%以上的氟和25%左右的磷进入水洗液,有利于氟和磷的分离。
The roasted and calcined rare earth minerals were roasted and calcined in sodium hydroxide solution to study the effects of different feeding methods on the decomposition rate of rare earth, the oxidation rate of cerium and the dissolution rate of fluorine and phosphorus. The results show that the feeding method of hot sodium hydroxide solution is beneficial to the decomposition of rare earth minerals and the oxidation of cerium. The decomposition rate of rare earth minerals can reach 98% and the oxidation rate of cerium can reach 92%. At the same time, more than 90% of fluorine and about 25% of phosphorus into the washing liquid, is conducive to the separation of fluorine and phosphorus.
