Objective To analyze the health monitoring results of central air conditioning and ventilation system in 79 public places in Nanning from 2012 to 2014 and find the main influencing factors of the health condition of central air conditioning and the ways to improve it. Methods Based on the Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places, the health condition of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Nanning was sampled and monitored. The results of a total of 79 public places monitored in 2012-2014 were collected and analyzed. Results The qualified rate of air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Nanning from 2012 to 2014 was 31.6% for the three-year sampling inspection and 33.9% for three years in the air-blasting microorganisms. The total number of bacteria was 69.5% and the total number of fungi was 73.7%. The total number of bacteria passing the air supply in 2013 and 2014 (73.1% and 69.7%), the total number of fungi on the air duct (98.1% and 95.8%), the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water 0 and 4.0%) were better than the results of 2012 (35.0%, 88.3% and 33.3%), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Nanning City, central air conditioning and ventilation systems health sampling pass rate is not high, the main influencing factor is the microbial indicators in the air supply, the proposed local government departments and owners to strengthen supervision and cleaning efforts, the relevant state departments should also respond to existing policies and standards Be further studied and adjusted.
