鬼臼脂素脱水只能得到 β 不饱和苦鬼臼脂素 ,但却经过不稳定中间体α 不饱和鬼臼脂素。本文采用1H NMR和常用计算机软件对这一过程进行了跟踪 ,证明鬼臼脂素脱水确实经历了α 不饱和鬼臼脂素的形成。同时说明采用计算机模拟可有效地用于核磁共振谱的解析。
Podophyllotoxin dehydration can only get β-unsaturated bitter podophyllin, but after the unstable intermediate α-unsaturated podophytonin. This paper uses 1H NMR and commonly used computer software to track this process, demonstrating that podophyllin dehydration does indeed undergo α-unsaturated podophytonin formation. At the same time, it is demonstrated that the computer simulation can be used effectively for the analysis of the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum.
