目的研究精细化护理对射频消融术后并发症及患者满意度的影响。方法选择2015年8月至2016年9月我院射频消融术后患者80例作为研究对象,并对患者进行随机分组。40例实验组患者接受精细化护理,40例对照组患者接受常规护理,对比实验组与对照组出现术后并发症患者例数和护理满意度。结果实验组出现术后并发症患者例数少于对照组,实验组的患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理与常规护理相比,可以更好地预防射频消融术后并发症的发生,同时精细化护理可以获得更高的患者满意度,值得在今后的临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of meticulous care on postoperative complications and patient satisfaction after radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods From August 2015 to September 2016, 80 patients after radiofrequency catheter ablation in our hospital were selected as research objects, and patients were randomly divided into groups. Forty patients in the experimental group were treated with meticulous care. Forty patients in the control group received routine nursing care. The number of patients with postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results The number of patients with postoperative complications in the experimental group was less than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine nursing care, meticulous care can better prevent the occurrence of complications after radiofrequency ablation, and meticulous care can achieve higher patient satisfaction and is worth popularizing and applying in future clinical nursing.
