1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 男21例,女16例;年龄20～78岁,平均60岁;均为住院病人。慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴感染15例,支气管扩张伴感染10例,肺炎8例,急性肺脓肿2例,肺癌伴感染2例。其中14例曾使用过青霉素等药治疗无效,并经痰检细菌学验证,对上述药物敏感而改用本品。 1.2 治疗方法 在应用祛痰、止咳、平喘等对症治疗的基础上,使用环丙沙星200mg静脉点滴,每日2次,疗程7～14d,治疗期间不使用其它抗生素。所有病人在治疗前检查血尿常规及肝肾功能,做胸部X线检查和
1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 21 males and 16 females; aged 20 to 78 years, mean 60 years; all inpatients. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with infection in 15 cases, bronchiectasis with infection in 10 cases, 8 cases of pneumonia, acute lung abscess in 2 cases, 2 cases of lung cancer with infection. Of which 14 cases had been used penicillin and other drugs ineffective, and sputum examination bacteriology verification, sensitive to the above drugs instead of using this product. 1.2 The treatment of expectorant, cough, asthma and other symptomatic treatment based on the use of ciprofloxacin 200mg intravenously, 2 times a day, the course of 7 to 14d, during treatment without the use of other antibiotics.
