目的:研究小鼠被动吸烟对脂质过氧化物(LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响和VC、VE联合拮抗作用。方法:各处理组小鼠预先喂不同剂量VC、VE后再连续被动吸烟6h/d,30d后与对照组一同处死,测血清SOD活力、肺、脑组织中LPO含量。结果:被动吸烟可致小鼠肺脑组织中LPO含量增高、SOD活性下降。当预先给予VC可使肺组织中LPO含量下降,脑组织中较大剂量(40mg·kg-1·d-1)可发挥作用。预先给予VE对抑制脑组织中LPO生成作用较好。高剂量优于低剂量。VC、VE联用,抑制作用明显优于单独作用组。结论:VC、VE可减少小鼠因被动吸烟所致LPO升高及SOD的减少
Objective: To study the effects of passive smoking on lipid peroxidation (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the antagonism of VC and VE in mice. Methods: The mice in each treatment group were pretreated with different doses of VC and VE for 6h / d. After 30 days, the mice were killed with the control group. The activity of SOD and the content of LPO in lung and brain were measured. Results: Passive smoking caused the increase of LPO content and the decrease of SOD activity in lung and brain tissue of mice. When pretreatment with VC reduced the content of LPO in lung tissue, larger dose (40 mg · kg-1 · d-1) in brain tissue could play a role. Pre-given VE inhibition of LPO in brain tissue generated better. High dose is better than low dose. VC, VE combination, the inhibitory effect was significantly better than the single role group. Conclusion: VC and VE can reduce the increase of LPO and the decrease of SOD in mice due to passive smoking
