贵州地方芝麻品种含油量测定简报

为了有目的地引用与利用芝麻地方品种资源,我所于1986年对保存在我所的16个地方芝麻品种资源进行了含油量的测定。结果简报如下: 一、材料与方法:参加测定的品种见表。其中有14个白芝麻、1个对角芝麻、1个花芝麻。测定方法为核磁共振法。 二、测定结果:16份材料的含油量均在51％以上,最高的是岑巩白芝麻,为68.21％。其中有6个品种含油量为51～55％,6个品种为55～60％,4个品种为60～68.21％。各品种含油量见表。

In order to refer to and utilize the resources of local varieties of sesame seeds purposely, in 1986, we measured the oil content of the sesame resources in 16 places that I kept. The results briefings are as follows: First, materials and methods: to participate in the determination of the species shown in the table. Among them, there are 14 white sesame seeds, 1 diagonal sesame seeds and 1 flower sesame seeds. Determination method for the nuclear magnetic resonance method.
