试制材料147合金含9种元素,无光谱标样。研究试用多种不同铝合金标样绘制混合工作曲线,结果表明,与试件不同牌号的,但Mn、Ti、Si、Fc、Mg、Zn合金元素相近的标样的工作曲线基本一致,同时又追踪该种材料试制中的不合格材料,选出Zr、V两元素含量有差别且较合理分布的5个试样,以解决试制材料成分分析之急需。进而又应用持久曲线的控制试样工作,以计算法给出结果,对于杂质元素的控制分析,在原控制标样之相对强度值上再加一实验值,使其对应的含量略低于技术条件规定的控制限,作为一经验标样,保证了分析质量,加快了检测速度,分析方法亦规范化。
