在毛主席革命路线指引下,几年来,我省水稻生产有了较大的发展.1973年全省水稻获得了丰收,出现了一批千斤社队,水稻生产形势很好.但是,与农业生产发展的要求还不相适应,同先进省市相比,也有很大差距.为了促进水稻生产的进一步发展,在1974年省水稻品种区域试验座谈会上,大家对当前我省水稻栽培技术上存在的问题进行了讨论.
