高等职业教育最主要的特点就是工学结合,天津滨海职业学院机电一体化专业经过十几年的辛勤努力,以服务地区经济建设为目标,从行业企业的需求出发[1],通过不断的探索与实践深入开展校企合作,培养适应社会需求的高技能人才,逐渐形成了“校企合作、工学结合,”2+1“订单式”人才培养模式,本文就是基于该专业的改革成效,对该专业人才培养模式的改革措施和实效进行总结与介绍。
