From August 6 to August 9, 2002, the All-China Lawyers Association held a working conference for Secretary-General of the National Bar Association and a forum for the issuance of “Chinese lawyers” in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province. More than 50 responsible comrades from the lawyers associations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Law Society of the Xinjiang Construction Corps and the Judicial Bureau of the PLA General Political Department attended the meeting. Yu Ning, vice chairman of the National Bar Association, Jiawuguang, secretary general, Feng Xiumei, deputy secretary general, Ma Guohua and lawyers from various departments attended the meeting. At the working conference of secretary general of the National Bar Association, Secretary-General Jia had announced the spirit of the working meeting held by the National Bureau of Justice (Bureau) in Chengdu in July this year and made
