责任文化是企业文化的重要组成部分,是企业在生产经营管理活动过程中逐步形成的,能够引导员工自觉自愿地为企业高度负责的理念、精神和行为准则的体现,其内核是企业员工的责任心。责任心是每个企业赖以发展的源动力,企业要想成就百年基业,责任必须贯穿始终。责任心是竞争力和凝聚力,责任心越强,损耗越低,失误越小,竞争越强。缺乏责任意识的企业,是没有前途的企业;缺乏责任心的人,任何事情都不能做好。企业在日常管理中,就必须要大力倡导责任文化建设,培育员工责任心,以高度的责任感干事创业,企业才会立于不败之地。
