自旋车刀在大大高于普通高速钢车刀允许使用速度下,不会发生急剧磨损,在相同切削条件下,其耐用度比固定圆弧刃车刀提高15~67倍。建立了估计自旋车刀耐用度的公式,试验表明该式基本符合实验结果。自旋车刀在切削含23%Si的过共晶铝硅合金时,其磨损速度可与金刚石车刀相比。
Spinning tools at much higher speeds than the ordinary high-speed steel turning tool allows rapid wear and tear does not occur under the same cutting conditions, the durability than the fixed arc edge turning 15 to 67 times. The formula for estimating the durability of the spin-turning tool is established, and the experiment shows that the formula basically conforms to the experimental results. Spin turning tools have a wear rate comparable to diamond turning tools when cutting hypereutectic Al-Si alloys containing 23% Si.
