股骨骨折并发休克、感染、血管神经损伤者多有报道,但并发精神异常者少见。我院从1994年12月至1997年12月共收治股骨骨折167例,其中并发精神异常者4例,现就其护理体会介绍如下。临床资料 4例中男3例,女1例;年龄最大51岁,最小24岁;大专文化者2例,小学文化者1例,文盲1例。平素体健,既往无精神异常史,无颅脑外伤史,无家族性精神病史。入院时意识清楚,精神正常,在入院后的诊治过程中有不同程度的精神异常表现:幻觉、定向力障碍,缄默不语或神情激动,行为及人格的异常。
Femur fractures complicated by shock, infection, vascular nerve injury were reported, but the unusual spirit of those uncommon. Our hospital from December 1994 to December 1997 a total of 167 cases of femoral fractures, of which 4 cases of abnormal mental function, is now on its nursing experience described below. 4 cases of clinical data in 3 males and 1 female; the oldest 51 years old, minimum 24 years old; college educated in 2 cases, primary school culture in 1 case, illiteracy in 1 case. Normal physical health, no past history of mental disorders, no history of brain trauma, no history of family history of mental illness. Consciousness on admission, mental health, in the process of diagnosis and treatment after admission have varying degrees of mental abnormalities: hallucinations, disorientation, silence or expression of excitement, behavior and personality anomalies.
