特种加工课程是培养机械制造和机电控制复合型人才所必需的一门高新技术专业课,特种加工相对于传统加工而言,它是直接利用电能、光能、化学能、电化学能、声能、热能及机械能等进行加工的方法,集数控、控制、传感等高新技术为一体,实践教学在讲授中占有重要地位。目前常用的有电火花加工、激光加工、超声波加工、电化学加工、电子束加工、快速成型加工及等离子电弧加工等,应用于各种高硬度、形状复杂、微细及精密工件的加工。本文从课程定位、课程体系、实验教学方式、教学内容和教学手段等方面对现有特种加工实验教学进行改革,取得了明显效果。
