本文在详述节水进展和着重分析用水考核指标存在的问题的基础上,讨论了我国城市用水(节水)由强化管理向科学管理转变面临的形势及途径。
Based on the detailed progress of water saving and the emphasis on the analysis of the existing problems in the assessment of water use, this paper discusses the situation and ways in which the urban water (water conservation) in China is transformed from intensive management to scientific management.
