1977～1982年,我们诊治4例无痛型心肌梗塞,现报告如下。例1:马某,男,54岁。平素健康,1977年12月始胸闷,心前区不适,但无疼痛。心电图检查为心房纤颤,ST-T 正常。疑诊为冠心病。于1978年3月12日为进一步检查入院。查体:体温36.1℃,血压120/90,一般情况好,无颈静脉怒张。肺部正常。心率124次,心律不整,肝脾不大。化验:血白细
