本文研究了纯Al及Al-12%Si合金在液态Na中的腐蚀特性.研究结果表明,高纯Al在液态Na中不受腐蚀,但99.8%,99.5%的纯Al及Al-Si合金在350—500℃受到液态Na的侵蚀,并在材料中形成AlNaSik蚀产物.纯Al及Al-Si合金在液态Na中的腐蚀机制是由于液态Na与在Al中的Si反应所引起的.
In this paper, the corrosion properties of pure Al and Al-12% Si alloys in liquid Na were studied. The results show that high purity Al is not corroded in liquid Na, but 99.8%, 99.5% of pure Al and Al-Si alloys are attacked by liquid Na at 350-500 ℃ and form AlNaSik Erosion products. The corrosion mechanism of pure Al and Al-Si alloys in liquid Na is due to the reaction of liquid Na with Si in Al.
