春回大地,万象更新,1997年3月,从黄河小浪底工程传来的喜讯象春风一样传遍了天津第一预应力钢丝有限公司。在中国第二大水利工程—黄河小浪底工程招标中,天津预一生产的预应力钢材,以技术优势战胜国内外八家竞争对手一举中标,成为小浪底工程所需低松弛无粘结钢绞线的独家供应厂。这是继长江三峡工程之后又取得的我国第二大水利工程的供货权。喜讯传来,这个走过38年历程的企业上下欢腾,广大职工倍受鼓舞。企业今天的这一切成绩是领导班子团结协作,率领全厂职工共同奋斗的结果,更是企业的带头人,董事长、总经理李富祥
