随着我国企业改革的深入发展,现代企业制度的推进加快了企业兼并、重组的进程,企业的管理随着发生了变化。企业职工民主管理作为企业管理中的一项重要内容,不仅影响到了企业改革的方向与进程,还关系到了企业职工的切身利益。因此,基于重组改制条件下的企业职工民主管理,需要与时俱进的做出改变。但是,目前我国企业职工的民主化管理在企业重组改制的进程中,依旧存在着许多问题,亟待解决。基于此,本文首先阐述了企业职工民主管理的含义以及作用,然后分析了企业职工民主管理当前所存在的问题,最后为企业实现员工民主管理提出了对策,以供参考。
With the further development of our country’s enterprise reform, the promotion of the modern enterprise system has accelerated the process of enterprise merger and reorganization, and the management of the enterprise has changed with it. As an important part of enterprise management, democratic management of enterprise workers not only affects the direction and process of enterprise reform, but also affects the vital interests of enterprise workers. Therefore, under the condition of reorganization and restructuring, the democratic management of enterprise workers needs to be changed with the times. However, at present, there still exist many problems in the process of the restructuring and restructuring of enterprises in our country, which need to be solved urgently. Based on this, this article first elaborates the meaning and function of the democratic management of the workers in the enterprise, then analyzes the existing problems of the democratic management of the workers in the enterprise, and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the enterprises to implement the democratic management of the employees for reference.
