通过发芽和盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度Mn(0~1500 mg·kg-1)和Zn(0~1000mg·kg-1)污染对油菜发芽、生长、品质的影响以及油菜对这些元素的吸收效应。结果表明:低浓度Mn、Zn处理油菜的发芽势和发芽率未受到显著影响,油菜植株内叶绿素含量、Vc含量以及油菜植株净光合速率略有升高;高浓度Mn、Zn胁迫(Mn>100 mg·kg-1、Zn>50mg·kg-1)抑制了油菜的发芽、生长,降低了油菜植株内Vc的含量;油菜发芽对这两种元素的敏感程度表现为Mn>Zn;油菜植株内Mn、Zn的残留量分别与土壤中Mn、Zn含量呈极显著正相关,Mn>200 mg·kg-1、Zn>25 mg·kg-1时油菜中Mn、Zn残留量已超过安全限值。
The effects of different concentrations of Mn (0 ~ 1500 mg · kg-1) and Zn (0 ~ 1000 mg · kg-1) on germination, growth and quality of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) and its absorption effect on these elements were studied by germination and pot experiment . The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate of rapeseed treated with low concentrations of Mn and Zn were not significantly affected. Chlorophyll content, Vc content and net photosynthetic rate of rapeseed plants increased slightly. mg · kg-1, Zn> 50 mg · kg-1) inhibited the germination and growth of rapeseed and decreased the content of Vc in rapeseed. The susceptibility of rapeseed to these two elements was Mn> Zn. The contents of Mn and Zn in soil were significantly and positively correlated with Mn and Zn contents respectively. When Mn> 200 mg · kg-1 and Mn> 25 mg · kg-1, the residual Mn and Zn in rapeseed had exceeded the safe limits .
