卫生职业是神圣崇高的事业,良好的职业道德是卫生事业纯洁性的保证。随着医学模式的转变和社会主义市场经济的建立,加强卫生职业道德的重要性,紧迫性和艰巨性是显而易见的。针对这一问题,本文首先阐述了目前卫生职业道德建设的重要性及影响因素,接着分析了卫生职业道德建设中存在的一些不正之风,最后通牒在以上分析的基础上,结合自己在卫生行业职业道德建设中的实践,提出了加强卫生行业职业道德建设的基本途径.
Health is a sacred noble career, good professional ethics is the guarantee of purity of health. With the transformation of the medical model and the establishment of a socialist market economy, it is obvious that the importance, urgency and arduousness of health professional ethics should be strengthened. In response to this problem, this article first describes the importance and influencing factors of current health professional ethics construction, and then analyzes some unhealthy tendencies in the construction of health professional ethics. Based on the above analysis, The practice in the construction of professional ethics puts forward the basic ways to strengthen the construction of professional ethics in the health profession.
