国库集中支付电子化管理是建立现代国库管理制度的一项重要的基础工程和战略工程。2015年以来,平江县经湖南省财政厅批准,启动国库集中支付电子化管理试点,初步建立起全流程电子化的财政资金支付体系,推动了国库业务管理创新,有效提高了财政服务效能。为了探索县级层面推行国库集中支付电子化管理的可靠途径,我们利用在平江县挂职扶贫的契机,就相关问题开展了调查。一、国库集中支付电子化管理试点取得明显效果
