有效性指在教学活动中,教师能使用恰当的教学措施,利用最少的时间、最小的精力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果。具体说来,就是我们老师应该在充分把握教材的基础上,针对授课学生的知识基础和认知特点,合理选择教学方式,使每个上课的学生能在上课的四十分钟内最大限度的理解知识,并在情感和方法上有所收获,达成教学的三维目标。那么数学教师如何在课堂充分发挥学生的主观能动性,以及教师的引导作用,提高课堂教学的有效性呢?下面结合自己的实践谈谈自己的做法和想法:
