我们连铸车间近500名职工,生产任务很重,在三炉四机生产的时候,每天要生产连铸坯7000多吨,因为是先进的全连铸生产,钢水没有退路,工序多、节奏快、连续性强,只要有一个环节稍有闪失,就有可能完不成生产计划。然而,几年来,我们年年月月完成生产任务。生产为什么能够这样顺利,这其中有管理的原因、技术的原因,但很重要的一条是思想政治工作起了作用。我们车间领导班子在思想工作与生产的关系方面有一个共识,这就是只有人心的稳定,才有生产的稳定。下面我想谈谈怎么稳定人心做思想工作的几点体会:
