目前,关于牧业补贴依据的理论有很多。本文将基于我国牧业现状,重点从牧业的基础性和弱质性以及公共性和外部性的角度,分析对牧业实施补贴的必要性,以回答“为什么”的问题。
At present, there are many theories on the basis of animal husbandry subsidies. Based on the current situation of animal husbandry in our country, this paper will analyze the necessity of subsidizing livestock husbandry in order to answer the question of “why” based on the basic and inferior nature of animal husbandry as well as the publicity and externality.
