师范学校主要是培养小学教师,目前,在课堂教学的许多方面已落后于小学教学改革的需求。“学高为师,身正为范”,在教学中我们要突出师范性。叶澜教授呼吁“把课堂还给学生”,“让课堂焕发出生命的活力”,这是培养学生创新能力的重要途径。在中师阅读教学中,学生在课堂上还很难享受心旷神怡的阅读,因此,我们要在“还”字上动真格,把课堂还给学生,让学生成为阅读的主体,真正把阅读的主动权交给学生。
Normal school is mainly to cultivate primary school teachers. At present, many aspects of classroom teaching have lagged behind the need for primary school teaching reform. “Learning to be a teacher and being a person is a good example.” In teaching, we must emphasize teacher-teaching.
