我国高度重视职业教育,在近年实施一系列重大举措,推动中等职业教育改革,虽然取得一定成就,但受多种因素影响,中等职业学校面临学生生源不足、学生素质良莠不齐、困难学生居多等问题。在中职生成长过程中,班主任工作对中职生的行为习惯具有重要的引导作用。本研究旨在在了解中职生存在的不良行为习惯及不良行为习惯产生原因的基础上,探索通过中职班主任工作改善中职生不良行为习惯的方法,为班主任进行中职生教育和培养提供参考、借鉴。
Although China has attached great importance to vocational education and implemented a series of major initiatives in recent years to promote the reform of secondary vocational education, some achievements have been made.
