目的研究微波辅助提取舒胸片中阿魏酸和羟基红花黄色素A的优化工艺,并与传统工艺进行比较,确定微波用于舒胸片中川芎、红花辅助提取工艺的可行性。方法以阿魏酸、羟基红花黄色素A的提取率为指标,采用均匀设计优选微波辅助提取工艺,比较微波辅助与传统提取工艺的提取效果。结果微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶剂用量对阿魏酸和羟基红花黄色素A的提取有交互作用,优选出的川芎提取工艺为微波功率790W,提取时间30min,料液比为1∶24;红花提取工艺为微波功率790W,提取时间24min,料液比为1∶22。结论微波辅助提取时间短、有效成分提取率高,可用于舒胸片的提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE To study the optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of ferulic acid and hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shu Chest Tablets and to compare with traditional techniques to determine the feasibility of microwave assisted extraction of Chuanxiong and safflower in Shu Chest Tablets. Methods The extraction rate of ferulic acid and hydroxysafflor yellow A was taken as an index. The microwave-assisted extraction process was optimized by uniform design. The extraction efficiency of microwave-assisted and traditional extraction process was compared. Results The microwave power, the time of microwave irradiation and the amount of solvent had an interaction on the extraction of ferulic acid and hydroxysafflor yellow A. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: microwave power 790W, extraction time 30min, ratio of material to liquid 1:24; Safflower extraction process for the microwave power 790W, extraction time 24min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:22. Conclusion Microwave-assisted extraction time is short, the extraction rate of active ingredients is high, which can be used for the extraction process of Shu chest radiograph.
