胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)是在营养物刺激下由肠道L细胞分泌的一种肠促胰素。研究证实,GLP-1可促进血糖依赖性胰岛素分泌、抑制胰高血糖素释放,还可延缓胃排空、抑制食欲,在控制血糖的同时较少发生低血糖反应,是理想的降糖药物。最近研究显示,GLP-1还具有潜在的心血管保护作用,现综述如下。
Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) is an incretin that is secreted by intestinal L cells under nutrient stimulation. Studies have shown that GLP-1 can promote blood glucose-dependent insulin secretion, inhibition of glucagon release, but also delay gastric emptying and suppress appetite, while controlling blood sugar less hypoglycemic reactions, is the ideal hypoglycemic drugs. Recent studies have shown that GLP-1 also has a potential cardiovascular protective effect, are summarized below.
