王建国的“与时俱进的定位、动力和创新机制初探”在全面把握与时俱进的理论内涵基础上,进一步探讨与时俱进的定位、动力、创新等机制问题。在定位机制上,与时俱进是根据保持先进性、体现时代性的价值需求而提出的目标要求,是适应时代发展的一种活动状态,也是顺应时代潮流和趋势的定位机制;在动力机制上,“与时俱进”同“解放思想,实事求是”是一脉相承、内在统一的,同时又为其注入了新的动力和活力,使其更加丰富、更加严密、更富有时代特征和现实针对性。创新机制上,坚持与时俱进的精神和方法,是对世界和中国发生的重大变化进行新观察的首要前提。
