新课程改革已进入第四个年度,作为实践者,应更清醒地认识到,在教育活动过程中,教师和学生构成了教学活动的主体因素,但其所处的地位和所扮演的角色各不相同。教师是学生发展与成长的促进者,学生是教师工作的出发点和最终归宿。教师所持的学生观不同,对学生的态度、教育教学行为也不相同,从而,对学生发展的影响也有很大差异。所以,树立积极的学生观是新课程改革对教师教育观念的基本要求。下面从三个方面谈谈我对这一问题的认识。

Therefore, to establish a positive outlook on students is the basic requirement of the new curriculum reform on the concept of teacher education. Here are three aspects of my understanding of this issue.
