煤炭是我国重要的基础能源和原料,在国民经济中具有重要的战略地位。在新时期,煤炭企业和所有企业一样,面临日益严峻的市场竞争,提高企业核心竞争力,是企业在激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大的重要课题。本文分析了煤炭企业党建工作面临的新形势,并就加强党建工作,提高煤炭企业核心竞争力的有效途径进行了深入探讨。
Coal is an important basic energy and raw material in our country and plays an important strategic role in the national economy. In the new era, like all enterprises, the coal enterprises are facing increasingly severe market competition and improving the core competitiveness of their enterprises. This is an important issue for enterprises to grow and develop in the fierce market competition. This article analyzes the new situation the party building in the coal industry is facing and discusses in depth the effective ways to strengthen the party building work and improve the core competitiveness of the coal industry.
