在分析影响黄河下游控导工程出险的因素及其失守后对河势影响程度的基础上,对出险的原因进行了深入分析,根据险情的不同,提出了具体抢险对策。
Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the outbreak of the control project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River and the impact on the river regime after the fall of the Yellow River, the reasons for the outbreak of danger were analyzed in depth.
