在对越自卫还击作战中,我院先后收治了广西前线送来的数百名伤员。在救治过程中,我们强调了“五抓一防”;即:抓紧检诊,抓紧手术,抓紧中西医结合治疗,抓紧战伤晚期治疗,抓紧伤员及病房管理;防止医疗事故差错的发生。从而,较好地完成了战救工作。 (一) 抓紧检诊,及时了解伤情。伤员入院后,及时进行全面检诊,随时掌握伤情,是救治工作的重要一环。大批伤员入院后,各临床科采取集中人力、分工到人、各负其责、连续作战的办法,由主任、主治军医带领军医按分管的病房进行全面体格检查,交换敷料,了解伤情,完成入院记录;护士分成治疗、测血压、量体温、协助交换敷料等小组,由护士长指挥,分头进行工作;教导员带领卫生员紧密配合检诊,完成各项基础护理工作,并在工作中注意了解伤员的思想
