目的 :考察施肥种类对药材品质的影响 ,以评价筛选溪黄草的专用施肥肥料 ,为按中药材GAP原则制定相关标准操作规程 (SOP)并实施推广应用提供基础研究资料。方法 :采用RP HPLC法测定GAP基地不同施肥区域溪黄草药材 2α 羟基熊果酸的含量。色谱条件 :KromasilRP C18色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;乙腈 0 0 5 %三氟乙酸溶液 (70 5∶2 9 5 )为流动相 ;流速 0 8mL min ;柱温 2 5℃ ;检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :不同施肥区域溪黄草药材 2α 羟基熊果酸的含量以生物肥区为高。结论 :溪黄草种植宜使用合作研制的有机生物肥
Objectives: To investigate the effects of fertilization types on the quality of medicinal herbs, to evaluate and select specific fertilizing fertilizers for the use of Chinese herbal medicinal herbs, and to provide basic research data for formulating relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to the GAP principles of Chinese herbal medicines and to implement them. Methods : The contents of 2α hydroxy ursolic acid in the herbs of different application areas of GAP base were determined by RP HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: KromasilRP C18 column (4 6mm×250mm, 5 μm); Acetonitrile 0 05 % trifluoroacetic acid solution (70 5∶2 9 5 ) as the mobile phase; Flow rate 0 8 mL min; Column temperature 25°C Detection wavelength 2 10nm. Results : The content of 2α hydroxy ursolic acid in different fertilization areas was high in the biofertilizer area. Conclusion : Cooperatively developed organic biological fertilizer should be used for cultivation
