本文主要概述了电力工程施工管理概念及其要点,并细述了当前该项工作在我国发展过程中存在的缺陷,基于此提出了应对策略,以此为电力工程施工管理工作提供参考依据。
This paper mainly summarizes the concept and key points of power project construction management and elaborates the current defects of this project in the development of our country. Based on this, the countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for construction management of power project.
