为探讨蔬菜不同区域和种植模式对土壤质量的影响,对贵州省高、中、低不同海拔区域的蔬菜高效种植模式的土壤进行取样,分析测定了土壤微生物区系和酶活性的变化。结果表明,不同区域蔬菜高效种植模式下微生物总数和细菌总数均明显高于传统种植模式,微生物多样性指数也有一定程度提高;磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性不同程度地高于传统模式,过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性比传统模式分别提高1.37~1.44和1.51~2.80倍。不同区域蔬菜高效种植模式的应用,一定时期内有利于改善土壤环境质量。
In order to investigate the effects of different vegetable and planting modes on soil quality, soil samples from high efficient planting mode of vegetables in high, middle and low altitudes in Guizhou Province were sampled and the changes of soil microflora and enzyme activity were analyzed. The results showed that the total number of microbes and the total number of bacteria in vegetables were significantly higher than those in the traditional planting modes in different regions and the microbial diversity index also increased to a certain extent. The activities of phosphatase, catalase and urease were higher than those in the traditional model, The activities of catalase and urease increased by 1.37 ~ 1.44 and 1.51 ~ 2.80 times respectively than the traditional model. The application of efficient planting modes of vegetables in different regions can improve soil environment quality in a certain period of time.
