随着素质教育理论的不断发展,素质教育的理念已被应用到了各级教学中。本文就大学英语教学实行素质教育的必要性、可行性,如何在大学英语教学中应用素质教育理论及存在问题和发展前景进行探讨。笔者认为:今后素质教育理论必将越来越多地应用于大学英语教学实践中,并将推动整个英语教育事业的发展。不仅教育手段现代化,教学思想更要现代化,而且教学改革的重点是先进教育理论的应用和教学观念的更新。
With the continuous development of quality education theory, the concept of quality education has been applied to all levels of teaching. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of quality education in college English teaching, how to apply the theory of quality education, existing problems and development prospects in college English teaching. The author believes that: in the future, quality education theory will be more and more applied to college English teaching practice, and will promote the development of the entire English education. Not only the modernization of educational methods, but also the modernization of teaching ideas, and the focus of teaching reform is on the application of advanced educational theories and the renewal of teaching concepts.
