利用电子束熔丝成形技术制备了TC18钛合金试样,研究了热处理工艺对TC18钛合金显微组织性能的影响。结果表明,经热等静压处理后,宏观组织为典型的沿堆积高度方向生长的粗大β柱状晶;β晶粒内部显微组织具有网篮状组织特征;片层状初生α相随着固溶温度升高而逐渐减少,固溶温度为830℃时全部消失;随固溶温度的升高,试样对应的显微硬度值增大;相同固溶处理条件下,随时效温度的升高,β转变组织中次生α相片层宽度明显增大,对应的显微硬度值降低。
TC18 titanium alloy samples were prepared by electron beam fuse forming technique and the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of TC18 titanium alloy were studied. The results show that the macrostructure is a typical coarse β-columnar crystal grown along the heap height by hot isostatic pressing. The microstructure of the β-grain has a net-basket-like structure. The lamellar primary α phase, When the solution temperature increases and decreases gradually, the solution temperature disappears completely at 830 ℃. With the increase of solution temperature, the microhardness value of sample increases. Under the same solution treatment condition, with the increase of aging temperature , β transitional tissue in the secondary α-phase imaging layer width increased significantly, the corresponding decrease in microhardness value.
