在法学院系中开设体育法学选修课程符合当今法律服务市场的需要,也契合学生的需求。当前我国的法学院开展体育法学教学具有可行性,在课程体系建设、师资建设等方面已经有一定的积累。体育法学课程教学过程中应该注意采取案例教学、双语教学。
The opening of an elective course in sports law in the Faculty of Law Department is in line with the needs of today’s legal services market and also meets the needs of students.
