党建工作的加强在新医改的过程中有利于发挥共产党员先锋模范的作用,有利于提高党组织的执政能力建设,维护医院的健康发展,有利于提高医务从业者的思想水平,切实做到“为人民服务”的代表宗旨,有利于新医改及早的解决人民群众的医疗保障问题,促进社会的和谐和稳定。本文从我国当前新医改的现状以及意义进行分析,进一步探讨完善医院党建工作的途径和策略。
