2002年全国职业教育工作会议以来,全省各级各部门认真贯彻全国、全省职业教育工作会议精神和《山东省人民政府关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》(鲁政发[2002]66号)、《山东省人民政府办公厅转发省教育厅等七部门关于进一步加强职业教育工作的意见》(鲁政办发[2004]68号),加强对职业教育工作的领导和支持,职业教育规模进一步扩大,服务经济社会的能力明显增强。目前,全省共有各类职业技术学校1059所,在校生139万人;独立设置的高等职业院校57所,在校生29万人;高级技工学校34所,在校生15万人;各类职业培训机构1700多个,年培训规模45万人,为我省经济社会发展提供了巨大的人力和智力支持。但从总体上看,职业教育仍然是我省教育事业的薄弱环节,发展不平衡,投入不足,办
