建立现代企业制度,是我国国有企业改革的方向。从10年来有色金属工业体制改革的进程和有色企业当前的实际情况出发,研究建立现代企业制度所包含的具体工作,是我们面临的一项重要任务。对国有企业,通过按公司制进行改建,理顺产权关系,落实企业法人财产权和经营自主权,是建立现代企业制度有益探索。可以说,建立现代企业制度的具体工作,就是按公司制的要求对现行企业进行改造,建立起新的企业制度。
Establishing a modern enterprise system is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. Starting from the process of the reform of the nonferrous metal industry system in the past decade and the current actual situation of nonferrous metals companies, it is an important task for us to study the specific tasks involved in establishing a modern enterprise system. For state-owned enterprises, it is a useful exploration to establish a modern enterprise system through rebuilding according to the company system, rationalizing the relationship between property rights and implementing the property rights and operating autonomy of enterprises. It can be said that the specific task of establishing a modern enterprise system is to reform the existing enterprises according to the requirements of the company system and set up a new enterprise system.
