目的对照2010年版《中国药典》方法配制和标定氢氧化钠滴定液浓度进行不确定度评价。方法通过不确定度来源分析,建立滴定液不确定度的数学模型,并对各个不确定度的分量进行评估。结果计算各变量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度,最终得到测定结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论采用本方法建立的数学模型可用于滴定液标定过程中不确定度的评估。
OBJECTIVE To compare the concentration of sodium hydroxide titration solution prepared in the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” method to evaluate the uncertainty. Methods Based on the source of uncertainty, a mathematical model of the uncertainty of the titrant was established and the components of each uncertainty were evaluated. Results The uncertainty of each variable was calculated, and the composite uncertainty was calculated. Finally, the extended uncertainty and confidence level of the measurement results were obtained. Conclusion The mathematical model established by this method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of titration solution calibration.
