本文通过十二胺、3-氯-2-羟基丙基磺酸钠为主要原料,采用二氯取代的亲水基团作为链结基,制备新型氨基磺酸盐型两性双子表面活性剂;采用红外光谱、核磁氢谱对其进行表征,并对其表面张力进行测试分析,由实验结果可以得出其临界浓度值CMC为1.2mmol.L-1,远远低于常规传统表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度,表明双子表面活性剂具有比普通表面活性剂更好的表面活性。另两性双子表面活性剂可以形成较低的油水界面张力,可以为三次采油表面活性剂提供较好的油水界面张力。
In this paper, dodecylamine, sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropylsulfonate as the main raw material, the use of dichloro-substituted hydrophilic groups as the linker, to prepare a new sulfamate amphoteric gemini surfactant; FTIR, 1H-NMR and 1H-NMR were used to characterize the surface tension. The experimental results showed that the critical concentration (CMC) was 1.2mmol.L-1, which was much lower than that of conventional surfactants Micelle concentration, indicating that gemini surfactants have better surface activity than conventional surfactants. The other amphoteric gemini surfactants can form a lower oil-water interfacial tension, which can provide better oil-water interfacial tension for tertiary oil recovery surfactants.
