评价14个来自中国和亚洲蔬菜研究与发展中心泰国区域中心(ARC/AVRDC)的辣(甜)椒品种在苗期和成株期对黄瓜花叶病毒(泰国分离物)的抗性。用DAC-ELISA检测病毒。苗期,VC16a表现高抗,其余13个辣(甜)椒品种病率为66.7%~100%,均归为感病品种。成株期,“VC16a”和“苏椒14号”2个辣椒品种表现抗病,病率均为8.33%;“苏椒2号”、“Bangchang”及“苏椒5号”表现中感,病率分别为33.33%、41.67%和50.00%;其余9个品种病率为58.33%~91.67%,表现为感病。14个辣(甜)椒品种用黄瓜花叶病毒(泰国分离物)接种后主要表现有6种症状:脉明,褪绿,斑驳,花叶,矮化和坏死。由于品种差异,苗期症状比较严重的苏椒14号和苏椒5号在成株期症状大为减轻,特别是抽出的新叶几乎没有病毒症状,而甜椒“Californiawonder”则相反,苗期植株表现重花叶,成株期出现了矮化、系统坏死的植株。还揭示了同一品种不同植株的不同症状、严重度与ELISA值之间的量化相关性。
The resistance to cucumber mosaic virus (Thai isolate) at the seedling and adult stage of 14 spicy (sweet) pepper cultivars from the Thailand Regional Center of China and the Asian Center for Vegetable Research and Development (ARC / AVRDC) was evaluated.
