沽化县地处黄河三角洲腹地,渤海湾南岸,海岸线长170.5 km,滩涂面积5.6万hm2(公顷),浅海面积13.3万hm2,浅海滩涂地势平坦,水质清新,饵料生物丰富,非常适宜文蛤的生长繁殖,是我国文蛤主要产地之一。目前,以文蛤为主的滩涂贝类护养面积已发展到9 333 hm2,经济效益、社会效益和生态效益显著。 在自然状态下,水质、地质等自然条件对文蛤的生长有着较大的影响,而对于人工增殖护养生产,放苗密度是影响文蛤生长的重要因素。为了掌握和了解文蛤增殖护养的合理放苗密度,根据山东省海洋捕捞生产管理站的安排,我们在文蛤围网增殖区内进行了2组3种不同密度的文蛤增殖护养试验,初步掌握了中、低潮区放苗密度对文蛤生长的影响。
