章学诚(1738～1801),字实斋,是我国封建社会末期杰出的史学理论家。同时又有丰富的教育思想。他一生先后主讲过定武书院、清漳书院、敬胜书院、莲池书院,还担任过梁国冶等人的家庭教师。关于教育方面的论文有:《与定武书院诸及门书》、《论课蒙学文法》、《答周(竹良)谷论课蒙书》、《清漳书院条约》、《清漳书院会课策问》。本文拟对其教育思想作一简单论述,以求教于方家。一、关于教育的目的和内容1.教育目的:(1)“达其天而不益以人”。章学诚对于人的个性差异有明确认识,“人之才质,万变不同”。每个人的个性都不一样,学问的路数也不一样,有的人长于考证,有的擅于写文章,“以其所能而易其所不能,则所求者可以无弗得也”。如果放弃自己的特长而去从事自己不擅长的工作,则不可能取得成就。所谓
